Who we are

Pro One Services Plus is the painting and turnover division of Jess Mar Constructores. We serve Columbus and Peachtree City, Georgia, and Auburn and Phenix City, Alabama.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you use the instant estimate tool we ask for your full name and email address. The tool also records the choices you make so we can prepare your quote: property type, approximate square footage, paint option and the estimated price range shown to you. If you call or email us, we keep what you share with us in that conversation.

Technical information. Like almost every website, our hosting provider records standard server logs (your IP address, browser type and the pages you request) to keep the site secure and fast. Our pages load the Inter typeface from Google Fonts, which means your browser sends your IP address to Google to download the font files.

What we do not do. We do not set tracking cookies, we do not run advertising pixels, and we do not use analytics tools at this time. If that changes, we will update this page first.

How we use it

• To send you the estimate you requested and answer your questions.
• To schedule a site visit and deliver the painting or turnover service you hire us for.
• To follow up about your estimate. We do not add you to a newsletter or share your address with advertisers.
• To keep the website working and protect it from abuse.

We never sell or rent your personal information.

Who helps us process it

We use a small number of service providers. Each one only receives what it needs to do its job:

• Formspree delivers the estimate form to our inbox. Formspree privacy policy.
• Vercel hosts the website and keeps the server logs described above. Vercel privacy policy.
• Google Fonts serves the typeface used on the site. Google privacy policy.

These providers are based in the United States. We do not share your information with anyone else unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep estimate requests for as long as we need them to serve you, and for up to 24 months afterward so we can honor the rate we quoted you. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to:

• Tell you what information we hold about you.
• Correct something that is wrong.
• Delete your information.
• Stop contacting you about an estimate.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and the estimate form is sent encrypted. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we only collect what we need and we do not store payment details on this website.

Children

This website is intended for property managers, business owners and homeowners. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the date at the top. Significant changes will be noted on the home page for at least 30 days.
